Love it! We bought it over 3 years ago, to go into our current, unusable, fireplace. Great for heating up the living room on the few cold Texas days. My kids love the different lights on the display. Wish the wood was a little more realistic looking. It was easy to take out of the box and just plug in. Holding up strong.

This is a perfect fireplace for us! We have a Gas fireplace, but living in the south makes it almost impossible to use. Even on its lowest heat setting it heats three of our rooms to 80 degrees!This electric fireplace fits our opening nicely. The colors of the flames are so pretty and we can adjust the heat to as low as 64 degrees. We can also use it with no heat. I wish we'd bought it before Christmas! So reasonably priced!

Got this to heat my basement suite . Boy does it put out the heat!! And the colors are awesome ! Love that it has a remote. However once u set a temp u can not turn it down . I have to turn it off and reset it to lower temp. Wish u could just turn it down.

Impressive good quality. Absolutely beautiful. Watching the flame beats watching TV. Later, when I have time I will construct a mantel out of Honduras mahogany. It is worth it.

Sits perfectly in my fireplace. All the settings for brightness, color, heat, etc, all function properly. Provides heat, but will not heat up a whole room. The fan is quiet, and the flames are realistic enough. Really love the atmosphere it gives.

Shipping was fast, overall quality is acceptable. Fit the space in our RV ok. Just had to add a filler strip so the mounting screws had someplace to go. Provides enough heat to take the morning chill out and the flame image is one of the better I've seen for a fake fireplace. Doesn't rattle or make too much noise. A small peeve is that the on button only activates the flame and then you have to remember to hit the heat button to start the heater. But makes sense I guess as a safety feature or if you only want the ambience. In order to see the settings you have to flip the bottom cover down, but once set you can leave it closed. My only actual real complaint is that the trim bezel sits out a little further at the top than the bottom, but hardly noticeable and probably only bothers me. Overall pleased and would buy again.

This is electronic fireplace unit is well made and well packaged and fast delivery. I put the unit inside of my actual fireplace and it looks good and nice to change to the three colors. The flames themselves apart from the embers in the front are not realistic like other more expensive units I have seen. The flames giving the impression in real life experience to be rolling up on a screen but still pleasant and vibrant to look at. For this price about $187 delivered I am happy, it is much more cheerful than looking at an empty fireplace and it can be turned on and off with different intensity levels with the remote. Would have given 5 stars if the flames looked more realistic. They look more realistic in my photo than to the eye. Nice though worth buying.
