Received my insert. My electrician wired it & installed a breaker for the fireplace insert. Turned it on & it worked great. Went out & it was on when i got home! We shut if off & shortly after it turned itself back on & then off again. Very unsafe!!!

Fireplace looks nice but the rotating element of the flame is highly reflective and shines a red bar across my ceiling when on. This ruins the illusion of it being a natural fire.

Buying something like this on Amazon can be scary but this is just what was neeced. Its a perfect fit and the trim was so easy to install.

Log looks great, fire itself is very fake. As for fitting; it’s not at all tapered in the back, if you are like most fireplace with a tapered back, this will not fit. What a pain in the butt to return.
