This fireplace really brings our space to life. I enjoy the white flame on the lowest light setting as show in the picture. It has different color settings and brightness so everyone can enjoy. The remote makes it very easy to control settings. The heating/warmth it gives off, is adequate for the size. We live in AZ and do not need it for the warming factor it is more for aesthetic purposes. Putting it together I believe was pretty easy, my husband was only in the room for an hour and I heard minimal words of confusion when reading the directions and he didn’t take any breaks, plus he said he would do it again! Oh and he only needed help when securing the electric fireplace. So that to me means easy set up. It is heavy to move which to me means quality. The logs and flame may not look real but that’s because they aren’t. I recommend this to everyone!

I never really write reviews but after getting this, I just HAD to! I got this fire place to cover the one that came with my apartment. (I posted a picture of the original fireplace, along with the photos of the new fireplace and mantle)The original one is a true wood burning fireplace but it was completely off center and threw off the room in my opinion.Also I have a cat and she has a bad habit of crawling into small spaces, including into the actual fire place itself.However, this electric fireplace has changed EVERTHING! It was fully able to cover the old fire place, and hide the ugly wires from my TV and gaming console.And The entire vibe of the room feels a lot more elevated. Also, it is warm enough to heat my living room, dining room, and even the kitchen, and the price point I bought it at was definitely worth it!The only issues I found were minor paint chipping from when it was in transit at the corners at the top of the mantle and at the base of the black wood frame. (Pictures posted above).I think maybe it should be put together by at least two people, but I managed to put it together all by myself. It was a struggle because the pieces are so heavy, but I got it done in two hours!The instructions were easy to read and simple! No screws, nuts or bolts missing, but you will need a power drill in order to drill the securing screws for the heater part into the mantle frame as there are no holes for them.Overall, 9/10 for color, quality, and quick delivery. The wood was also solid. Not made of cheap particle board or anything.1/10 for the damaged parts.

It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together in about an hour. After ordering I found out about "not putting furniture closer than 3 feet of the fireplace". I contacted the manufacturing companyand they said there shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't use the heat. which I wasn't planning onusing anyway. I'm also planning on painting it a beige color to go better with my furniture, again should be no problem as long as no heat is used. To me, the flame is pretty realistic, but I will be investing in a flame crackle machine to add to its realism. Very nice, couldn't be happier with my purchase, definitely a 5 star purchase.

Snagged this during black friday and used some Amazon points, scored it for 609 out the door. I researched way beyond the normal amount to get the perfect one for our space at the perfect price. And I am SO glad I went with this one. It is PERFECT. Beautiful. Not cheap. SO fast shipping, like only 4 days. We put it together right away. From opening up the box to putting it where we wanted was under an hour and half. It was very simple to put together with awesome instructions. Worth every penny. Feels great to get your money's worth on a product. Oh and the heating actually works so good. Love how the logs brighten or dim. Love color options. The noise when the heat is on, is not too bad at all. Prolly not the quietest option out there but not super loud either. If your on the fence, jump off, make the purchase and be happy!!

I absolutely love this fireplace!!! First of all I looked for one for about a year before I decided on this one and had the money for it. This one was the biggest firebox that I could find around this price. My mom has 2 fireplaces and the firebox on this one is pretty much double hers. Also they reviews were great on this one as well, and for good reason!When my fireplace came it was in 2 boxes. During its journey to my house the bottom got cracked somehow. I called the number they gave in the box and they sent me a replacement super fast and we’re SOOO friendly!When I finally got it all set up I was soooo satisfied with the quality and size. It’s simple, but not too plain and I just can’t say enough how much I love everything about it.It is a true white, not cream or off white.The remote is simple to understand and works great!You can change the log color and flame color. The heat is a wonderful option too!Originally I wanted to spend around $500 for a fireplace. But I’m extremely happy I spent the extra money for this one bc it’s so much nicer looking and like I said a bigger fireboxNow my mom wants one just like mine. :) I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this item

I bought this Real flame Beau electric fireplace 2 months ago it is very easy assembling just follow the instructions it looks very nice the firebox have 5 different colour the whole family loves it I am very happy
