I like the product I received. I paid $9.99 for same day delivery, I tracked it and said was out for delivery for hours then received a message that it was going to be delivered the next day and it was. My frustration is that I was not offered a refund for the shipping that I paid for nor is there even a way to contact them to inquire about it. So I’m just out the $9.99 and nothing I can do about it.

Worked for about 3 runs up and down my street then failed. Probably dont buy this.. Oh and its def not 2000 watts..

I got two of these and they are awful and not safe to supply any amount of wattage

So This Controller will only allow you to output only 28 mph for a limited time but there is a catch. There are only 18 mosfets so that's less than 2000 watts. I looked up the table and 1 mosfet = 43 watts max output power. The controller will also cut out too if you are full throttle. So my conclusion is this controller can only handle 774 actal watts (not 2000 as advertised) So if you don't mind only going 15-20 mph without the controller overheating then this will work. This controller also got my 2k motor hot so that explains why the controller was shutting off (there was a car behind me and I almost got ran over by bad driver) so I am returning this controller. It is not 2000 watts it's only 700 watts. Spend more $$$ on a better controller unless you have a 750 watt or less. I think this due to cost cutting and poor english as this item is 90% in chinese and too cheap to translate to english really! No wonder why there have been fires with these controllers in the past. DO NOT USE ON A 2,000 WATT MOTOR OR YOU RISK A FIRE!!!! Use your head and not theirs.

Motor will not run. Checked wiring many times. Control is DOA. Item not picked up as scheduled. I wasted a whole day waiting for pickup. Now need return label mailed to meDO NOT ATTEMPT PICKUP AGAIN. DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR PICKUP. I WAS HOME AND WATCHING FOR PICKUP.
