Nice heavy material. Easily adjustable. Extended out it fits crossways on my chest. Easily over top of 38" waist. And could fit much smaller than that. Holds .22LR's easily. Loops are slightly longer than a .22LR and should hold .22 magnum and .22 Long

Ammo belts are an odd thing. Some people have no use for them, others may have an idea or two. Personally, I don't use this like a real belt, but I do keep it stocked with rounds and wrapped around some camping gear. In that way it serves two purposes; it keeps things bundled up nicely and also keeps a few extra rounds secure and not bouncing around loose in a bag. Overall it is what you make of it, but for what it's worth I like these and they do hold rounds securely. If you're interested this is a well made product.
