I got this as a housewarming gift for my niece when she finally purchased her own place. We looked at so many and this was the one she loved. She was thrilled with the cabinet shelves and the mood lights. It's a nice piece of furniture that offers the effect of a fireplace with the added bonus of heat.

Actually a very nice item I'm quite surprised with the mixed reviews I've seen on it the only bad thing I could say is it did not come with enough glue for the wooden pegs but it is actually very sturdy and looks nice

I put this together almost entirely by myself. There were a few points where I needed a second set of hands though. It is very heavy in the box. You will need two people to carry it around. It puts out quite a bit of heat and the flames look nice. The remote needs two AAA batteries that are not included. It comes with safety straps to prevent tipping over as well, but sits very sturdy and does not wobble.

Almost every single piece of the fireplace has scratches/discoloration that looks like a toddler scribbled on it with a pencil. I’m not sure if this was from the warehouse or during shipping but it looks terrible and I am disappointed.
