I used this kit to re-foam the subwoofer in my GX470, which now sounds brand new! I followed their YouTube video which was very straightforward. This is definitely a quick and cost effective alternative to buying a new subwoofer.

I used the kit to repair the Subwoofer in my 2004 Lexus GX470. The hardest part is getting to the subwoofer! The kit had great videos and instructions. My subwoofer now works as new.

Works perfectly on the single 6” ML sub on a GX470. Watch the YouTube video from simply speakers before starting, the video gives very clear and easy to follow instructions. I’ve also used a simply speakers kit to repair the GX470 front door ML 6x9 speakers and had really good results with those speakers as well. Awesome kit from simply speakers.

Replaced surround for factory ML subwoofer on LX470. Easy to install and overall only took about 2 hours from removing sub and re-installing in SUV. If you want to keep your factory speakers I would recommend. Low cost and easy to replace old foam.

Worked great on my 2004 Lexus LX speaker. Lexus wanted over $500, which is crazy for a 15 year old car. Great way to save a lot of money, easy simple repair.

excellent product. Saved my right door speaker from replacement and me from several hundred$$ for a new one. Love this product!!! Youtube video is a necessity to watch prior to doing this for the first time.
