Update: I was able to reach the seller and they sent me a new board. I am back up and running. Great customer service if you have an issue.This item is a great price, but it only worked for about two trips and stopped working. I have no way to contact the seller, and it is past the 90-day return policy, so I am stuck with a defective product. I recommend paying for an OEM board.

Our trailer water heater stopped working after an evening of cycling on and off but not staying lit. We looked online and connected with a tech. We ended up replacing some parts with no success. A neighbor recommended we replace this part.We found the model number and found this piece. Installation was less than 5 minutes and problem fixed.

Installed easy and worked great the rest of the trip last fall. Not used since returning and it worked this fall when tested but failed while traveling.Contacted seller and they said they would send me a replacement! :)

After I had done the usual "fixes" (cleaned contacts, checked wiring, etc.) I saw that a number of people had gone through a similar process and ended up replacing their igniter boards, so I thought I'd give that a try. The cost of this one was less than others that looked identical, so this is what I ordered. It came the next day, I plugged it in - and it worked perfectly! I let it run for several hours to make sure that this was not a fluke, but it fired up the heater every time. Hopefully, I'll remember to update this review after we go camping next time, but right now, I'm very pleased.

Installed fine and tested fine. After arriving to camp had one hot shower, then part failed (no spark). Fuse, all thermal switches and igniter tested fine. Cold showers rest of trip
