Large size

I have a 5' kite with 1600' of 100 lb spectra line. Even though 5' seems relatively small, in moderate winds this can pull more than 40 lbs. Without this kite reel, I would never be able to retrieve my kite under these conditions. I've tried the smaller cheaper reels and they wold completely freeze from the compression. This one never fails. However, it is very heavy and somewhat awkward to use. The line guide system keeps working loose and the thumb brake works so roughly, it is nearly useless. Overall I think this is $20 overpriced.

On one hand the reel is comfortable to use. But, the brake sometimes doesn't work well and the lock rubs when in the unlocked position.
