First impressions-------------------I like the look of this design.. it looks great, but it’s also a quality cap with a remote on connection. Some don’t have those and the cap stays powered 100% of the time whether the car is on or off.This is a pretty good deal for a 2f cap. This was tested (replacing a 2.5f cap) against a single 10” Alpine Type-X (3000watt [1500RMS]) powered by a 1200.1 mono block Skar amp (1200RMS). This cap has no issues handling some pounding bass requirements. It stayed very clean.It was later moved to a van (sans a cap) with 2 x Alpine Type-R (12”) and a different paired amp, which greatly helped with the dimming light syndrome! Exactly what it’s designed for, taking the load off the battery and alternator (which was just fried and replaced in the van)… and also levelling the signal, so it works and sounds great.Pros------Quality parts-Remote 12v signal on-LCD Read-out voltage-easy to install-takes large loads (*that’s what…)-works great, perfect addition-good valueCons-------non so farConclusion-------------I definitely recommend this nice capacitor. It was easy to install in different environments and did what it was suppose to do. It’s a simple addition made with quality parts. My only small gripe is that a small 12v signal wire could have been included as not to 'Frankenstein' another cable to get it on, LOL. Wouldn't you know it I just didn't have a small chunk of cable handy at the time.. lolAt the time of order this was $65.89, and at this time it’s gone up only $0.30, so it’s still a good deal for a 2f cap. I know I paid a little more for my 2.5f Raptor cap and it doesn’t have a 12v remote signal on option… it’s just on.
