Worked perfectly to replace the broken gear for the inside/outside air actuator on a 2006 Jeep Commander. Chrysler only sells the replacement as part of an entire manifold assembly.

It never ceases to amaze me how an auto company can make a $40,000 car and a little over a decade later no longer carry normal wear and tear parts. The dealer wanted to charge me over $1,500 to replace the entire HVAC unit when all that was wrong was the cheap plastic gear on the blend door broke because of dry-rot in the desert.This unit was a little pricey for what it is (literally $0.10 worth of plastic), but worked perfectly to fix my blend door in our 2006 Jeep Commander. For that, totally priceless. I bought two just in case!

Awesome little part for my Jeep Commander.This part didn't really look like my stock one, my stock one was cheaper and only had one tooth.This one has plenty more teeth, sturdy and I expect it to be in this car till it's death.Awesome part and surprised it was better then the original.Shipping was one day early :-)

The original actuator broke on my 2006 Jeep Commander and I tried several times to glue it back together. It would work for a few months and then it would break apart again. I finally gave up and dished out the dough to buy this one. This is definitely a upgrade from the original, the plastic is thicker and a higher grade. It has been in my jeep now for 6 months and no issues.
