Truly a 3.5. They look good, fit & finish however 3 of the reposition holes in a row, I had to run a tap to clean up the holes. There were no zip ties either.

These were the perfect accessory to move the tour pack back and make the passenger area much more comfortable according to my wife.

Bolted right on. Works great. looks clean and finished in spite of the fact that nobody should ever see it, given its function and location. Quality product.

Installed on a 2005 FLHTCI and had to drill and tap some holes.I bought this knowing it may take a little modifying.

So, I have a 2020 HD Electra Glide Limited. VERY easy to install (but keep reading). You unscrew the 4 nuts from the bottom of the tour pack ( no need to remove liner inside) and you put the black bars on ( curved end towards back and facing out and it can only go on one way from there so left and right is easy to determine). Place the original nut(s) back on(screws on bike that face down go in the recessed holes on the new part you just put on.. ( hand tight for now). HERE lies the issue. The replacement bolts they supply are TOO LONG and there for will go through the HD tour pack bottom plate, thru the black pieces you just installed and into the tour pack itself ( yup, through the paint and fiberglass). You read that right. THROUGH the tour pack fiberglass. So, go to local hardware store and get 1/4 -20 with alength of 1in. That way it will go into the black runner and not into your fiberglass. Other than that MAJOR issue it is a great item. I had the $350 one that can move easier but in the 4 years I had it I never moved it. It stayed in the "3" in extended version the whole time. You can adjust these in about 4 minutes by removing the bolts(4) and moving it FWD/Back and reinstalling. Not a bad gig at all. I took TWO stars off for NO instructions and too long screws.

sort of a pain in the butt but it was a have to do to get the trunk moved back more for my passenger
