The chair feels very solid. Construction was a bit tricky, but not too bad. It's really helped with my leg pain (surprise!) so no problems there. It does require better posture, but the back rest sort of defeats the purpose. But me, being lazy and prone to slouching, kinda likes it. I may remove it in the future to maintain good ergonomics if my back starts acting up (in my younger, fatter, years, these kneeling chairs were a life saver). The only issue I have is with the seat and kneeling pads. Sticky and too firm. After a couple of hours, the knee pads actually pulled on the skin so much (I was wearing shorts), that I developed a rash on the shins. And the darn seat is too firm! I'm too old to sit down what feels like a wooden plank for more than an hour!I did a bit of jury rigging, and added some layers of memory foam to both the seat and the knee pad. Problem solved.One thing to be careful of is to ensure that the setup of the chair meets the ergonomic parameters.
