Found my legs too short even in the lowest position, and could not sit comfortable on it.

Update - I bought my second one a few weeks go because I now work from home and also have to go into the office a couple times a week. The padding on my first purchase years ago, is smashed, but the chair still works fine. Very much recommended. This chair is just what I wanted. I did not install the handles - I think they would make it more awkward to get into and out of this chair and I'm not sure what the purpose of the handles might be. It certainly looks less goofy with out the handles. The chair was easy to put together, but the instructions had the wrong screws for installing the knee pad. It was obviously wrong and still easily remedied. The chair itself is sturdy yet light enough that I didn't have any trouble carrying it across the parking lot and up the stairs to my office. I'm 5'3'' and it's possible that this chair wouldn't work for taller people as it fits me perfectly. I also love that I can sit with my feet either behind or in front of the knee pad, so it functions as either a kneeling chair or a stool. Plenty of padding on the seat and knee pad. The wheels roll back and forth, but not sideways, which works well for me.

Price, deliver, easy to assemble.. everything is good, but I don't think this is good chair.I get the great posture, I think it's good for spine. But my knees are pretty uncomfortable after 20-30 min.FYI.. I'm 5'8'' and 147 pounds, average height and light weight.

I used to buy the office depot knockoff ergo knee chair every four or five years, but since they no longer offer it I started branching out. I ordered this one and have been really disappointed with the way it feels. After several hours of settling in you can feel yourself slouching significantly since the part where you sit on is quite large - the correct position would be wayy towards the back but you have to keep correcting. The padding is fairly lousy as well. I am going to have to trash this for something different. Oh - why are there handles, but no wheels? The chair is very hard to move while you are sitting on it and feels very wide the the handles attached. Toss them even if you like the feel - they serve no purpose.Pros: Sturdy, Easily adjustableCons: No wheels, Useless Handles, Poorly Padded, Hard to roll on carpet, Bad seating position

My old office chair went out to the street after getting this - I love it! My posture is vastly improved and I feel great (aside from a few days of soreness when my back was complaining about having to do all the work of sitting up straight - if you're not used to active sitting, ease into it a few hours a day before tossing out the comfy chair that you can lean back in). The cushion definitely feels thinner after 3 weeks than it did that first day, but I usually wear pants to work, so I don't have the worry about bare knees on rough fabric. I'm 5'5 and sit comfortably with it on the lowest possible setting.

This chair is great for me. I have lower back problems and see a chiropracter twice a month or more. Using this chair I can go longer between visits. The angle of the chair is adjustable so I can get real comfortable. The fabric is nice, no problems there. The cushions are good, but not great. I think the wheels could stand an upgrade. They dont roll the greatest. Overall it's a winner for me though.

The seat itself is pretty good, but the product killer is the knee pad area. It is about 10"-12" wide. I don't know about the rest of the world, but my comfortable kneeling position has my knees about 15" apart. So this makes for a VERY awkward and uncomfortable experience. I wish I had known this before I spent ~$100 on this chair. It is collecting dust in my basement. =(

As others have said, putting this thing together was a nightmare--the instructions are horrendous and nearly incomprehensible. (Note that it doesn't say, but you'll need to use your own Phillip's head screwdriver.)Also, be aware that the only way to adjust the height is to unscrew the center thingy that holds the whole thing together, adjust the height, then tighten the screw again. If your adjustment is not perfect--do it over and over again until you get it right or give up.Also, the tilt on the seat is poor. It does not tilt forward enough to help straighten your back. The picture is misleading. Finally, the padded seat and knee rest are shoddy and, for the company, embarrassingly thrown together. A chaotic jumble of unaligned staples -- all clearly visible-- adorn the underside of each piece. Still, the wildly stapled fabric is lumpy and raw edged.I guess, if the height is OK for you and/or you don't care about shoddy workmanship--for a $100 item {made in Taiwan]-- then you might not mind this thing.

I've been using this chair for several months already. Here are my views on it. This chair wasn't as difficult to build as others claimed. The build instructions are very bad, but I think it's sufficient to get it build properly. The chair doesn't have wheels, which can make it awkward to maneuver when getting in or out. However, I prefer the chair to have a fixed location rather than rolling about, so I easily adapted to the inconvenience. The knee padding is thick, but feels like it will eventually wear down and have to be replaced. I also wanted to note that prolonged sessions of sitting (1+ hour straight) on this kneeling chair may cause your knees and shins to get tired, but I take this is more incentive to get up and stretch more often. I can't compare this to the other kneeling chairs, but I'm quite satisified with this one and I do feel it helps my lower back, which is the ultimate goal (hence the 5 stars).
