This completely overturned my previous sitting habits. I kneeled on the chair and leaned against the backrest. I felt a lot more relaxed than before. It greatly relieved my lumbar pain.

The traditional office chair only supports my buttocks but does not successfully support my back. I have to lean back very far every time, which is very uncomfortable. Now with this kneeling chair with a backrest, my back is strongly supported, which is really good

I'm short and I was really excited about this rocking kneeling chair. What I don't understand though is the fact that the back part of it doesn't fit comfortably for me. It is adjustable which is nice and it's a really cool design it's just I couldn't get it to feel comfortable for me because I felt like the backrest at the top was almost pushing me forward. It could be great for other people it's just not a great fit for me.

I have an "EcoDesk" chair like this, and this is better than that chair in every way. It's way more adjustable, it has the back brace (which can be removed if you don't like it or just don't want to use it), and it's even cheaper by like $30. Getting used to sitting on one of these takes some time, and I find myself going back and forth between this and a regular chair. It seems just staying in one position is almost as bad as staying in the wrong one. But changing it up is, to me, the most important thing. If you're looking for the 1-2-3 secret triumvirate of desk / chair ergonomic bliss, get one of these kneeling chairs, a good "normal" office chair, and a height-adjustable standing desk. Then you can divide your desk time between sitting, kneeling, and standing, adjusting the height of the desk every time you switch it up. If you can't seem to find comfort in one "sitting system", stop trying. Embrace the change-up. It's the key.I like it a lot, it's comfortable and wildly adjustable. It takes some getting used to, and I don't think it should replace your standard office / desk chair but rather should augment it. Try one and see.
