It was super easy to assemble. It didn't seem very well packaged, but there were no dings/scratches so it must have been sufficient.Haven't tried it for an extended time yet, but I'm surprised it was so comfy right away. My back doesn't feel unsupported, weirdly, but it is still easy to have bad posture in this chair. I'm still playing with the heights of the cushions, and I plan on replacing the knobs for white ones. But it's great so far!

It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. Unfortunately it forces you to keep your legs bent so it makes the back of my knees super hot. The shin rest does start to get uncomfortable after a while too. The other major issue is that this put me at a weird height and distance where it is really uncomfortable to use my keyboard and mouse, defeating the purpose. My desk is not adjustable so I can’t correct this without buying a new one.
