The design of the chair is very simple and practical. My chair came with one of the casters not completely screwed in, protruding through the cardboard box, and bent. I will have to replace it.

The cushions had really cheep foam so when you sat down and knelt on them they went straight to the wood; not comfortable at all! You could feel you were sitting right on the wood! The frame is the best I can find here on amazon, it has adjustments which is hard to find this type chair and the casters are great, rolls very smoothly. Super easy to put together and EVERYTHING lined up perfectly! I'll post an update with pics so you can see how the extra foam made all the difference! I was returning the chair but my supervisor said have more foam added, so I did since I LOVE the frame so much!! The chair is currently at work in my office, I work at a computer all day, it PERFECT NOW! I paid $45 bucks for them to add 3 layers of 3/4" dense foam to the seat and kneel pad. I LOVE THIS CHAIR NOW!!!!!

This is a very sturdy chair that's good for those folks who are bigger and whose circulation gets cut off by regular chairs. It is a little awkward to sit in for long periods of time if your legs are thicker.

I am over 300 lbs and since Covid I spend a lot of time in my home office. I noticed all the chairs with the hydraulic piston is only good to 250 lbs they are also more expensive. The chair definitely helps with posture and the adjustable heights setting was fine for me (5'6"). The only thing I don't like about the chair is since I spend so much time in the chair I would like a much denser foam. On the seat but mostly on the lower part. I would not have minded spending more for the chair if I had a denser foam option. If you are heavier this is the best option I have found but I have not checked out the expensive chairs.

They have sturdy construction, comfortable padding and quality styling. Six screws and hex tool provided to assemble yourself simple and quick. Unfortunately, if you adjust the height (which is easily done with one click) up the angle of the seat just becomes too sharp to sit on without sliding forward. Would not recommend for kids or adults shorter than 5'6".

The wood on the knee pad is super thin.

I weigh 215 lb ish and have a height of 5'8". I have had backsugery and was looking for for something I could actually sit in. Regular chairs tire my back out and hurt from sitting in them after a while. This thing is great. The wheels and movability are amazing and I can stay sitting for long periods of time playing world of warcraft. A little too much. Its also helped my posture and my abs. I love it.

The other reviewer is correct, it does not come with instructions...but it is almost completely put together in the box. You only have to attach the seat and put the long pipe through the center support. I found it to be pretty straightforward and it comes with 2 small wrenches on different lengths so you can use them at the same time to stabilize the center support. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble and my husband and I are already fighting over who gets to sit in it.I bought to be my home office chair and I so, so happy I did. It's sturdy and appears very durable. Sitting in it makes perfect posture pretty effortless. I'm hoping it will help with my back pain. I'll update this review if it breaks or the cushions become terrible.
