The chair is well built but here is the drawback. I am 6'0" and it is to small for me. My wife is 5'0" and it is to big for here. My daughter is 5'7" and it is just right for her. Consider this when buying this.

Chair look great and the seat is good. However the back leans forward a lot and the distance between the seat and knee rest is too short. It really squeeze your feet and your knees hurt. I have used a kneeling chair at work for 6-7 years now and i love it. It is getting worn out in the seat. Tried this one, but it was horrible. Thankfully somebody else bought it and didn't have to return it.

This chair is rather uncomfortable compared to my other kneeling chair and very little can be adjusted. The angle and height for the knees is fixed, although there are rubber washers that let it bend slightly.I'm six feet tall and this chair is too small for me. My other kneeling chair lets you change more the angle and height of your knees, plus it was way less expensive.

So far, I'm loving this chair. It was easy to assemble. I can operate the swivel easily, which is excellent for my workstation. I would like to be supported to lean a little further back, as my considtion responds best to having an even wider hip angle (close to laying down), but this should be sufficient since I know know how far the range is on this one.

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM AS A GIFT. THE PERSON I BOUGHT IT FOR IS OVER 6 FEET TALL.THE CHAIR DOES NOT ADJUST FROM THE SEAT TO THE LEG REST AND WAS TOO SHORT.THE CHAIR IS GREAT - JUST DIDNT WORK FOR THE SIZE OF THE MAN.TRIED TO RETURN ITEM AND SHIPPING WOULD HAVE BEEN $50 AND THEN THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 30% RESTOCKING FEE, BY THE TIME I WAS DONE $144.00 CHAIR - RETURNED WOULD HAVE COST ME $70.00 i KEPT THE CHAIR, BUT IT IS IN THE BOX DOING NOTHING. THE RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE AND I WILL NOT ORDER LARGER ITEMS ONLINE AGAIN FOR THIS REASON.ITS UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THIS ISSUE DISTRACTS FROM THE REAL VALUE OF THE ITEM

Luckily this chair has a removable back (well, I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but you CAN remove it if you want) I definitely wouldn't have liked it if you couldn't have. I may not be getting the full good-posture i need all the time since I removed it, but I still think I sit up straighter in this chair than other ones I've had, it's also just about as compact as any other desk chair. The swivel and the wheels are very nice, as well as the adjustable height, everything works smoothly two months in. It's also easy enough to not use the kneeling part as well, by simple spacing your legs. My one complaint is that sometimes it strains my knees after a while, and I need to stretch. I hope this chair doesn't cause any long-term knee damage. I also get a lot of comments on it from intrigued visitors, which is always fun.

Bought one of these for a friend who had complained of lower-back pain after working at his home computer. Several years earlier, I had ordered a "Kneelsit" chair from Australia for the same reason, and found that it really eliminated my back pain, but my friend wanted something cheaper and smaller. The WL-1430-GG requires a lot of assembly (tip: lay out all the smaller parts on a table, in the same order as shown on the assembly instructions, and use a magnifying glass to see the detail of "what goes where" in the line drawings). When assembled, the chair looked good (the tilted seat is good for relieving strain on the lower back), and the three settings for seat height are a plus, but the knee pad turned out to be positioned too close to the seat for comfort, since my friend is 6'2", with long legs. (Unfortunately, the knee pad can't be adjusted relative to the seat.) We took apart the rubber shock absorbers and related parts that support the knee pad, and re-assembled them on the "wrong" side of the crossbar: this provided an extra inch or so of space, but it's still a tight fit. Bottom line: this is probably a good chair if you are of average height and weight. If you're unusually tall, short, or heavy, be sure to test the chair before discarding its packaging, since you may need to return it.
