These are your garden variety, inexpensive adjustable wrenches that will serve their purpose, but are no competition for my 30 year old wrenches. They work and the adjustment screw was easier to move than most, but they are not perfect. My biggest gripe about adjustable wrenches is the amount of play between the movable parts. It can cause the jaws to grip the sides of the nut or bolt too tightly and bind the adjustment screw so you have to take a pliers to loosen the jaws from the nut. The other thing that happens is the jaw surfaces are not parallel, so when you adjust to the nut size, you won't be able to slide the wrench off the nut without loosening the grip. These were ALL on the borderline. They worked, but occasionally exhibited the flaws I mentioned earlier. They will reside in the kitchen drawer with some other 2nd string tools that are good enough for casual, light use. That being said, you have to spend a LOT more money to get anything better.

Wrenches are like making soup in a Crock Pot. It's hard to mess it up.These aren't bad in terms of quality. They stay tight through the wrenching process. Moreover, I like the fact that there are three different sizes. In the past, I was guilty of having one huge Crescent wrench that just wouldn't fit where I needed it to go. After getting these, my problem was solved. So, I recommend these. But please do do your research.

These feel nice to grip. The spin wheel to adjust the jaws moves smoothly and stays where you put it. I twisted the wrench on the nut over and over to see if it was stronger than the nut. The nut showed more injury than the wrench. That is good and I think, based on that, these should hold up over time.

The TOOLMAYS Adjustable Wrench Set provides a useful trio of adjustable wrenches measuring about 6", 8", and 10" long. These tools appear very sturdily constructed, with polished chrome plating and the heft you would expect from forged chrome vanadium steel. There are a few forging or machining marks, and the bottom of the space where the nut or fastener goes has a shallow U-shape on these tools instead of hexagonal like my older (and more expensive) Craftsman brand adjustable wrenches, which means a somewhat less secure grip on hex-shaped fasteners. However, these wrenches adjust smoothly, and seem to grip well with only minimal "slop" and no slippage while I was trying them out. I really like the SAE and metric scales on either side that makes it easy to "pre-adjust" the wrench before putting it on the fastener. As with any adjustable wrench, to avoid "rounding" the nut or fastener head you want to make sure the wrench is tight on the fastener before applying torque, and pull towards the adjustable side of the wrench. While a socket or box end wrench that precisely fits the fastener is better for high-torque applications, adjustable wrenches like these are often more practical for less demanding jobs, and avoids having to carry around a full toolbox of fixed-size wrenches. I will use these adjustable wrenches regularly.

I do a lot of repairs around my house, on my cars, and bicycles. I can never have enough tools and wrenches on hand. This generic set of wrenches is good quality. They are made of chromium vanadium steel and come in 6 inch, 8 inch, and 10 inch sizes. Now, after the quality of the metal used the next important factor when reviewing a wrench is the machining of the adjustment of the wrench. Lower quality wrenches don’t stay adjusted to the size you want and often slide around once set. Not with these wrenches, the adjustment stays put and feels more precise than most other generic wrenches. These wrench feel durable and strong. I think they’ll last for a lifetime as long as they are stored properly. Very pleased with this set, and I consider it to be good value for the price. A recommend to me and my fellow home repair enthusiasts.
