Recently we have received feedback from several users who don't know how to use our APP, we have recorded the operation video. About the app operation video. You can tell me directly via your order, or search on the web page: How to use Fidiso F18 app.

Steps and notes, ple read carefully:

Make sure the headphones are switched on, open the headphone cover and take out the earbuds.
Turn on the Bluetooth to connect the Bluetooth device: F18;
Download APP from App Store, or directly scan the code (there is QR code of APP in the manual): Aicool Market;
Open the APP, find Mine, click + in the Binding Device, input the account, account verification code, the earbud will be automatically bound after logging in, no need to bind code. (Note: This step is very important, please don't log in your account from the login portal next to the APP avatar);

NOTE: If you follow the above operation and still need the binding code, please make sure that you are clicking Login and binding your account in Bind Device, not binding your account in the Login path next to your avatar. This is the reason why the earbud is not able to bind to the device. Click on Mine, scroll down and click Logout, uninstall the software, delete this Bluetooth device F18 in your phone settings, and finally follow the steps in the video to do it again.

I bought these earbuds for my husband. He did not like them. He could not answer calls on them. So, I sent them back and have not received my refund. The postal services tracking number said it delivered it to their facility on February 6, 2025. I sent the earbuds back on January 30, 2025 at 1:54pm. How much longer do I have to wait for my refund?

Buds worked only to listen to music. You could not bind them for translation as there was no code printed on the pamphlet. Very disappointed and returned them for this fact. No one could be contacted for help!

They work amazing for music I really have not hooked them up with the language yet. But I will say the quality of the sound straight to the headphones are amazing.

This product exceeded my expectations!! Whether listening to music or making phone calls, it has great sound quality and the real-time translation feature blows me away. Trouble product. Will not pair with any of our phones, can not push to power on or off. Don't waste your money they are worthless. Afraid to send them back because no one has been getting their refunds.
