I installed a Bafang electric kit on my recumbent bicycle and the speed sensor cable was far too short. This is my second electric kit I had done. The first kit I installed was on a 26 inch cruiser bicycle and the speed cable was barely long enough to reach but it worked.On my recumbent bicycle, the pedals (where the motor is) is about four feet from the back wheel where I wanted my speed sensor to be. I had to use two of these extensions together in order for it to reach but it works without any problems.
