The scanning software was not accurate - did not read business cards well. The text did not translate well and some fields were blank. Not a time saver. Returning the product.

I purchased this item for my mother for Christmas. Unfortunately after trying to set it up for over an hour support informed us this item is not Apple compatible. A return was started & executed 12/29, it is now 01/11 & i have yet to receive my money back. Guess I’m the fool who is out $160. If you’re purchasing this in hopes of using it with a Macbook, don’t waste your money like I did.

This unit only scans one side. Software could be easier to use. Wife can't ever remember the name of it due to name being different from scanner and therefore doesn't use.
