2019 Pathfinder, 4 months installed, outside door handle removal needed to attach the cable. But one feature is not there after putting in the new unit. Remember how you can open the locked passenger door by pulling the interior handle: the first pull unlocks the door, then the second pull actually opens the door? Yesa, no. The new way is to unlock the door using the unlock button, then open the door using the interior handle, because the replacement actuator does not work that old way. Maybe a small detail to get over, but not mentioned in the description. So, deduction in rating. Regards.

Similarly to another reviewer's experience, mine also failed after 14 months. Coincidence? Maybe! It worked well while it lasted.

At one point my pathfinders locking mechanism stopped working, and the autoshop quoted me $400 to replace the part not including labor. That is freaking insane! I instead opted for the cheaper option which was to replace it myself. There are plenty of youtube videos providing clear instructions on how to replace this mechanism. Thanks to this. i've saved myself 350 on the part alone!

Installed it myself. A bit difficult but not as bad as I expected. Works just like new.

No problem installing it on the front driver side, fits perfect and works good, Ive installed this one too on the passenser side last year and its still have no problem till now. Good product.

Worked great to replace my malfunctioning pathfinder actuatorIt takes some work but certainly better to do it yourself rather than pay someone for that.Good component so far.
