I don't think I'll ever put a different kind of head on my vintage Pearl kit. These heads really bring out the deep warmth of vintage shells with rounded bearing edges.

This is a decent head, I don't know if I would call it "revolutionary" it's pretty much the same head as an Evans G2 coated or a coated Emperor with a yellow tint.

I was really surprised and impressed by the sound of these heads! Very warm round tone with a nice attack. Tuned up easily as well. I don't think I'll ever want a different tom tone again!
