Finally got installed a week and a half ago. Worked as should until yesterday. Can't set clock, didn't open at dawn or close at dark. Not even 2 weeks of use! Absolute waste of money

Not a fan of this so called automatic chicken coop door…1st- the door does not have an open/close button… the only way is to power it off to close the door… then that resets the open/close programming time… WTF?This thing has been a pain in the butt and have had our chickens locked out multiple times.I would not purchase again.

It broke within two weeks of having it. It will open or close maybe 30% of the time. The rest of the time it will open a quarter of the way and then believe that it’s stuck and close. It will do that until it doesn’t open and stays shut. I can’t trust it to not lock in or lock out my chickens. Emailed the company last week, still no response.

Horrible!! USB cord broke as I was installing the door.. even tho the door did work and the timer worked well.. but now I can’t charge the door.

So far this door has been great! Most automatic doors open vertically, but the roof on my coop prevents using a vertically opening door. This one works and was easy to install and program. The programming instructions are right on the front of the door, so when I forget how to do it, it's right there. Nice touch. Seems sturdy and stays charged with the solar panel.
