I actually needed a low barrier fence around a part of my koi pond. This worked great. It was easy to cut down the middle with regular scissors - so I had a double length that was 18" high. I staked it and used zip ties. The pond looks great and I won't have to rake leaves every day in the fall.

This plastic chicken wire looks nice and is easy to work with, but not groundhog proof.I used it to make a dog run in the backyard and all went well - until I found out a groundhog had made a burrow under our deck and did not like being fenced in. It chewed a hole into the fence to get out, and the smaller of your gods and the cats also fit through that hole.

Put up deer fence around gardenias. Should work better than netting.
