I got this for my 20 year old Husqvarna snow thrower. I tried the led alternative but they couldn’t take the current at full throttle. This halogen works great.

It took about 30 seconds to pop out the headlight assembly on my Husqvarna Snowblower, unplug the wiring harness off of the old light bulb, remove the old bulb, pop in the new bulb, hook the wire harness back up and snap the assembly back into the snowblower. The bulb is quite bright and exactly what I needed. The price was extremely reasonable. I would love to find an LED version of this bulb - the halogen bulb gets bright, but also gets HOT!

The light bulb was shipped with no glass around the filament It was not damaged in transit It was packaged with no glass around the bulb. Amazon makes it so difficult to just have a replacement sent to you when there's no sense in returning the defective item. Somebody packaged this knowing it was defective sent it to me and now they want me to take time out of my day to try to return this. You used to be able to contact the seller with issues I don't know why Amazon took that away this is clearly the manufacturer fault. Not worth my time to try to return and get a replacement so disappointing.
