This is the second one I have bought in the last 4 months. It leaked and the water won’t dispense some of the time. We had to return the first one due to the temperature not changing to warm it would only stay on cold water. Works well when it’s working as it should.

Great, simple and convenient! Definitely rather use this than your typical bottle warmer! Do wish I had bought the one with the night light on it. Sometimes it is hard to see how much you are pouring in. And I don’t like that it doesn’t have a spout so you have to aim where to put the bottle and hope it doesn’t spill.

Loved the warmer until it suddenly stopped working. Customer service is difficult to work with. A month later and still have not received replacement after sending required information multiple times.

Do not waste your money. I brought 2 of these, one for my house & one for my daughters. The heating element keeps going out on them. They have a lifetime warranty, but who wants to keep sending pics of a broke one, calling them & then waiting to receive a replacement.

After about a week of use, it started leaking the entire container out of the base (not the dispenser spout). The first order was cracked on the inside of the container. So, a replacement was sent. Now, the replacement item is leaking until empty. We used this product and brand with a previous baby. It’s disappointing to purchase again only 2 years later and see the significant decline in quality. Definitely not worth the $$. Gonna try a cheaper ‘off brand’ and hope for better results.
