After one month use, the bottom got rusty. Sent an email to customer service, took them very long to get back to me with instructions on how to descale??? I wrote back explaining the bottom got rusty, and i never heard from them since

I ordered this baby water kettle and it never boils water. I pushed all button but never worked. Then, I visited Kohl's to return the first one after requested replacement. I received the replacement today and found that the display is broken as the photo shows but checked water is boiling though. However, boiling is not enough because I cannot fully utilize the product with the broken display. So I am returning it today by wasting time again for this nonsense product.It is a total waste of my time. Very disappointing experience!

The concept is good; however, within a month of using it with only distilled water, it got rusty inside. Very cheaply made and a health concern as babies should not ingest rust. Like others mentioned, the “customer service” email never replied. Waste of money.

Mi bebé ya no tiene que esperar tanto tiempo, tengo también el calentador de biberones munchkin, me ha sido más práctico este hervidor de agua.Es muy conveniente para bebés que lloran bastante cuando tienen hambre porque siempre está lista el agua para la fórmula, siempre a temperatura correcta.Lo que yo hago en las tomas de la noche es preparar el biberón unos minutos antes de que a mi bebé le dé hambre y lo guardo en un yeti así no se enfría.El diseño de este hervidor es lindo.Mi esposo me felicita mucho por esta compra.

First off, I have to share the concept is so simple, but this basic kettle works WONDERS for any formula-feeding parent! As a mom of 2 who didn't have this amazing invention for my firstborn, but instead used a basic $30 bottle warmer, I'd like to explain for any first-time parents why you should absolutely buy this if you are supplementing or fully feeding your baby formula.When you have to warm a bottle traditionally, there is a long wait between the time in which your baby shows signs of feeding and finally gets to eat. Yes, I will say it's a long wait, because when it's 2am and you have to make a bottle half asleep while your baby is hungry and screaming, waiting even a few minutes for the bottle to warm up feels like an hour... and then you have to do the annoying "wrist check" (putting a few drops on your hand to see if the temperature is not too hot or too cold), and keep warming if necessary or try to cool it down under a cold faucets until it's "just right."Enter this glorious little kettle in which the 2 am feedings (and any time of day feedings) are much less stressful for everyone. You literally just pour the warm water into the bottle, add the powder, shake and go. There is NO WAIT! Which makes for a much happier baby at feeding time.I'd also like to address the comments about setting to temperature/being too hot for the daily sterilization, as this has not been a problem for us at all. So, how it works is that every day you rinse the kettle with soap and water, fill it with cold filtered water with enough for the day, put it on the base and set to boil. After about 2-3 hours the temperature will come back down to 105 degrees (recommended ideal formula temperature). Our routine has to boil/sterilize every night after baby's last feeding before bed (her longest stretch). When she was a newborn, we kept a few instant liquid formulas on hand in case the kettle was not back to temp in time between feedings. I can literally count on my hand how many times we had to do this so it's not an issue as long as you just make cleaning and refilling the kettle a priority as soon as you are done that last feeding of the day.One last thing, the kettle is also awesome for day trips. Meaning that we fill a thermos with enough water for two feedings and it will stay warm to pour into the bottle when it's time for baby to eat. And then just add the powder.Do yourself a favor and get this if you're formula feeding. It really is a must have. I wish I had had it for my first!!

I have only been using it for a week so far, so I can't speak of the durability of it, and I don't usually leave reviews to product. However, it has been a huge game changer to my life, I feel like it deserves to be recognized. I wish I could have this earlier when my first kid was born.Since I do mix feeding, my baby is very picky about temperature of her formula. If it is too cold, she wouldn't take it. If it is too warm, I don't think any parent would feed their baby milk that is too warm... anyway..Several major pros are:1, It makes a warm bottle fast, which means my baby doesn't have to cry and scream in the dark every time she gets hungry, and wants a bottle. It is so much faster than a bottle warmer, even though I get a fast bottle warmer, it is still too slow for baby need.2, I get to sleep more, and that's important. It helps with making night feeding soooo so so much easier. Really take a lot of hassles in prepping a bottle at night time, especially when I am sleep-deprived.3, You can easily prep more. In the past, I would always prep more than she needs, and that results in she doesn't finish her bottle from times to times. Wasting about 3 oz or so between every meal. and take kinda add up. with this, I just prep the minimum, if she needs more, I can quickly do more under 10 seconds or so.4, No cleaning is really needed. There is no complicated button to deal with. I just fill in fresh water every morning, and press a button, and that basically it.5, It comes with a boil option to disinfect water.Cons1, The bottle of the kettle, the side that is contacting the base, cannot touch water, so I always need to be carteful when I am filling in water. And have a clean cloth close by to give it a quick wipe before placing it on the pannel.2, Can't think more. Will do an update in the future.I do mix feeding, so only formula feed around half of the time. but even so, it has been a huge help. You could set the temperature if you dont like the default one, but i just keeps it in default. overall, i am really happy about this product so far. And the fact that it allows me to sleep more during the night is worth every penny that I have spent. I would recommend any parents who do formula feeding get it.
