This is a very good deal for 100 spools in a pack. These are perfect for holding your fishing leaders and hooks to keep them from getting tangled up. They are the right size to hold one each.There is a tab that slides out so you can put the end of your fishing line through and keep it in place. The tab can be slid back in and holds things tight.And being foam, if they fall out into the water they will float.

This collection of spools will come in very handy. The are adequately made EVA, a resilient foam material commonly used in boat flooring cover and many other applications including sports shoes and pads, gym mats, pool floats, equipment padding, saddles, model building, cars, kneeling pads and thousands more. I is a closed cell type of.I plan to use these spools to coil and store my fishing leaders. I use a variety of leader length and material for different species of freshwater fish. I usually use a plastic, resealable bag but the coiled line can get easily tangled during storage and especially when I remove the line for the bag. These spools will make it faster and easier to use the different leaders and will also help with organization. The spools a little smaller in diameter than I would prefer but I think these will be ok for my use.
