Fish arrived dead

Poor packaging!!So the only reason I am giving 3 star is the way my fish came packaged!! The box came usps that's fine but unlabeled fragile or live fish .. so box was crushed in transit.. opened infront of post master due to damage... once opened it was just wrapped in a couple usps plastic envelopes no real cushioning and as we opened the layers we began to see water alot of it... we reached the fish who was very much alive!! And healthy however had barley any water left so we rushed him home to his tank he is happy and he is beyond gorgeous I love the fish and am so glad he is ok given his shipping fiasco

I was skeptical about buying a fish online as we live in a very rural area, but this guy came in super fast as is vee healthy and active.

The package came in soaked so I was a tad worried but the betta was luckily alive and well. My only thing is he has little marbling and isn’t as impressive as the listed bettas or past koi bettas I’ve kept. Aside from that; he’s healthy and happy so 👍

Update 09/08/2019 My little guy is just beautiful and doing so well in my 75 gallon aquarium with all the other fish. I just love him! I forgot to mention how great the Seller was too, I asked a lot of questions and he was so kind, he answered every single one of them...I never knew this type of Betta existed...I wanted one the minute I saw him...I asked the store if he would be ok in my aquarium with my other fish and found out that he is docile. He came in this August heat, and arrived live and well. He is beautiful, and these pictures don't do him justice. He is a baby, so pretty little, but now that he feels at home, when he spreads his tail out...all the colours in him are just beautiful. He's getting along fine with my Angels, and all the other fish...He is just everything I hoped he would be... Thank You!
