I got this for transporting a full size 27 inch folding bike inside the car trunk. This very lightweight cover is plenty big enough for coverage of my folding bike, and we can put my wife's full size 26 inch folding bike inside the cover also. Unfortunately the trunk is not large enough for both folding bikes, so one bike will go in the backseat. I am thinking of ordering another cover for my wife's bike. A few things for buyers to be aware of: 1) the zipper on the bag is a single zipper, so you need to start zippering from one end and continue zippering for 10+ feet to get to the opposite end of the zipper teeth and close the cover. Having two zippers that meet in the middle would have been much easier; 2) the bag does NOT look like the photo that makes the bag seem to have a defined shape while on the back of the car. Nope. This bag collapses and is not rigid at all. This makes no difference to me, but for anyone expecting a rigid and nice looking defined shape, that is not the case; 3) it's much easier to take the bag out of its storage bag than to fit it back in. No surprise there. When collapsing the cover into its storage bag, make sure to push the cover down into the bottom corners of the storage bag because it won't fit in nicely without doing so. There is a single zipper closure on the storage bag. A double zipper would be much better here also, or a drawstring with a push locking mechanism would make things much easier. Bottom line: this bike cover is functional and will easily do what I need it to do and then some.

So I got this more for a cover in my garage then on a travel basis. Zippers are very strong, which is one thing that I like and it does completely envelope my 1200. There is a window and an opening for air, which is nice and the fact that you don’t want moisture to build up. For complete zip up I am unsure as I do not have it on a car rack. Decent value for the money and it looks like it has some good water resistance. It does have nice fluorescent reflective tape, which is good. Quality is decent however, I think the material could be a bit thicker

This is very tough fabric which will protect your bikes or bikes well. It’s waterproof, very easy to clean, and although thin, it’s extremely difficult to puncture. The reflective stripes are also much appreciated for the safety provided as well as the aesthetics. The seller’s photos make this cover look like it’s a gigantic hard-shell suitcase. It’s not. It’s highly flexible fabric that uses heavy strapping with buckles so you can cinch it tightly around your bikes. The zippered bag that the cover comes in would be really nice – for something else! It’s too small to easily fit the bike cover back in there so you’ll need to find an alternative means to keep your bike cover stored.Overall I like this cover but due to its carrying bag being too small and the product not being competitively priced, I can only give it 4 stars. Shop around, as the prices on bike covers vary widely from under $20 to $170. If all you want is something to store your bikes outside, a ‘bike shed’ could be a better option for you. It’s like a self-standing pop-up tent for one or more bikes which is FAR easier to get your bikes into and out of.

I enjoy biking, so I have several types of bike covers. None have ever been 'rated' to be used behind a car, so color me curious. In the summer we take longer trips, and inevitably a rain show soaks my faithful steed. Enter this cover.I unpacked it, and it took me a second to figure out how it works. There's no instructions in the box. Essentially you unzip each side and put it over top of the bike(s). There's a place to put the rack attachment to the hitch. You zip up both sides and use the attached (nice touch so I don't lose them!) straps to adjust it down. Overall I'm a fan of this design.I have two concerns. First, the bag is solid and will therefore hide the lights on the back of the car. That's why the product picture shows lights on the rack itself, something not included with this bag nor standard on most bike racks. The second is whether the bag will hold-up to highway speeds. There is double stitching and the material is light but quality. Still, that's a lot of resistance. OK, I have three, with the third concern being rain protection. I have nothing to base this on, it's just a concern.I'll use this on an upcoming trip, and I'll update this review with my thoughts. Based on the unique design I'll recommend it. The price is silly, with the discount being 44% off a ridiculous retail price. Wait for this to drop to about $40; it will.

Okay, so the first thing you need to know is this: The storage bag it comes in? Throw it out. You are never getting this puppy back in that bag! Remember the old sleeping bag bags of yesteryear? The one’s you could never get the sleeping bag back into? Same. That aside, it’s a pretty decent bike cover. As others have said, the picture posted is not really a true representation of this bike cover. They kind of make it look like a hard “clam shell” type of cover. It is not that. I just realized how negative this sounds so far. I actually do like this bike cover, I just don’t think it’s portrayed well. The material is thin but completely waterproof. The cover is large. I had no trouble using it to cover two adult e-bikes on the back of my RV. It comes with a multitude of straps to cinch it down. Don’t skimp of the tightening of straps. It is what keeps your cover from flapping in the wind and inevitably ripping. Install and cinching only take about 5 minutes. It’s worth it. E-bikes aren’t cheap. You want to protect them as best you can.As other reviewers have also pointed out, the zipper is a single. That means you have to go up and over every time you zip the bikes in. It’s not a huge deal but it kinda’ bugs me. It would have been so simple to put a zipper on each end.Overall, I’m happy with this cover. A bit more money than It’s likely worth, but it does what it’s supposed to do and it does it pretty well. I do recommend this product.

Really like that it comes housed in its own zippered carry bag, and there's plenty of room in there to fit the entire cover once you fold it up. Some carry bags are a tight fit (especially for inflatable mattresses), but this one is nice and roomy. As for the cover material itself, it's nowhere near as thick, rubberized and rugged as the pics make it seem, nor as durable as the covers for my BBQ or wagon. Definitely feels durable enough to handle the elements though if you store your bikes outside, but only just. The problem is that it's so large that the excess material does tend to catch the wind if you don't tie it down tightly. The stitching also feels kinda mediocre. I do like that the zippers move nice and smoothly across the track, but they don't come with holes for zipper pulls - something that I like to use on all of my gear bags.If you take a look at the product vids, that's actually a great representation of what you get. So the cover is rather baggy and flimsy, coming pretty wrinkled out of the packaging. Not much you can really do about it until the heat and rain eventually straighten it out. The good news is that the thinner material makes the cover lighter in weight and easier to handle. If you do a lot of sawing in the garage, it could also make for a great dust cover - something I discovered only last year. Not sure I'd trust it to cover bikes on a rack though. Not unless I use a good number of bungees to tie the excess down TIGHT. Fortunately, the reflective strips work perfectly so no worries there, and the sheer size might even be big enough for 3 bikes instead of two (depending on their dimensions).Overall, I really can't complain. The thinner material was a bit of a let-down, but it's absolutely waterproof so it'll shed rain like nothin'. Just hoping that the seams will hold if they catch strong winds this season; and at least the carry bag was a nice bonus. 4/5 stars from me.

I grabbed this heavy-duty bike cover before a road trip with my buddy, and we had two bikes loaded on a rear rack, and driving through rain and highway wind, I kept expecting it to flap around or tear… but nope. Solid the whole ride. The 420D material feels tough and doesn’t mess around. The waterproofing actually works, and the night reflective strips were a nice touch, made me feel a lot safer during late-night gas stops. It fit snugly over both bikes, including my chunky mountain bike tires, and didn’t sag or shift.
But is it Bacon?

I recently purchased the Bike Cover for Transport 2 Bikes, and overall, I’m very pleased with it. It fits my two bikes perfectly on my rear bike rack, and the cover is made of durable 420D heavy-duty fabric, which gives me confidence it’ll hold up in various weather conditions. The waterproof feature is excellent; I’ve used it in light rain, and it kept my bikes dry without issue. The reflective strips are a thoughtful addition for extra visibility, especially during night drives, which makes me feel a lot safer on the road. It’s easy to put on and take off, and it folds up neatly for storage when not in use.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit bulky when packed, so it could be more compact for easy carrying. Additionally, the cover might not fit perfectly for certain types of bike racks (especially larger ones), but it works fine for my standard rack setup. Despite that, I highly recommend this cover for anyone needing reliable bike transport protection.

I had my doubts but being able to examine this in person, and really get my hands on it, this is waterproof, tear-resistant, and does cover two bikes. Not only does this work on the back of an SUV or van, but it is really good when you have to store your bikes outside (as I have to). tbh it is a bit more wrinkly than in the pictures, where it is gorgeous, but that does not affect the fit (large for one bike, "spacious" for two smaller bikes. At 49 dollars this seems about right for the money — not a deal but not overpriced. It seems they hit the sweet spot. if you need to protect your bikes on the road or store them outside between rides this is a good option. It works for me.

Works reasonably well to cover bikes when on bike rack. Materials and quality are in line with what I'd expect at this price point. So far, it is holding up and doing its job, so no complaints.

This is an excellent bike cover that completely encases and protects two bikes. The material is a very good quality, waterproof and should wear well over time.Unlike other bike covers that I own, this one is placed on the ground, spread out and the bikes rolled onto the cover. The sides then are pulled up and the entirety of both bikes is covered when side zippers are closed. My expensive bikes are often kept in an enclosed storage area near the ocean. The salt water air is very corrosive on any exposed metal bike parts so the total bike coverage provided by this product is an exceptional feature.Great design and functionality, I would recommend.
