I bought these 7 moths ago. Two out of four have already cracked completely in two. These are hard plastic. Not like others I have bought, and have lasted me almost 20 years. Yes, I said 20 years! So not satisfied with these. Didn't make it even one year.

Been using these for a while now and have nothing but good things to say about them. Keep drinks very cold (icy!) for about a full hour if you don't wrap the cup in any time of insulator (like a simple paper towel). Unlike insulated vacuum stainless steel tumbler cups, the liquid doesn't equalize in temperature but rather gets as cold as possible even forming into ice crystals. In other words, liquid inside a tumbler will only be as cold as when it went in. These cups make liquid you pour into them colder.Make no mistake however that insulated steel tumblers can keep a drink relatively cold for a very long time (like 10 hours) but never get as cold as these cups do in a short amount of time. I think if you want a drink to be as cold as possible while having some time to enjoy it, these cups are a really good solution. If you're looking to keep cold drinks all day long as cool as possible, then a vacuum insulated steel tumbler style will serve you better. I own both styles and use both.You'll want a very deep ridged style coaster for this cup as it sweats like crazy. All part of the heat loss / exchange process and moisture in the air. Wrapping the cup in a thin piece of paper or even a napkin extends its life drastically.

I'm really impressed with these mugs! They are great quality and work exceptionally well! It comes with 4 it's thick sturdy mugs. Throw them in the freezer and when you're ready to use them, your drink will stay cold for hours. They may even make your drink a slushy. So excited to use these for the summer!

While I thought they were glass I am happy with the plastic used to make the mugs. They stay frosty cold for at least 2 drinks in each mug.Haven't used yet for hot beverage, cold beverages keeps cold as advertised.Would recommend this product.
