These mugs were everything promised and more! Great detail, all arrived accurate to our customizations and wrapped to protect them well in shipping! We are using these for our wedding and LOVE them! The quality of the glass and the etching is awesome! We highly recommend this!

Let me just start by saying, WOW! I was a little skeptical of this product, based off of the stock photo. When they arrived today I had to write a review. I never write reviews. The thickness and quality of this product are 10 out of 10 stars. The value for your money is also just as great. The glass is solid and feels great in your hand. I purchased these as gifts for others and I am certain they won’t disappoint. If you’re considering buying a great mug with etched quotes or names, buy these! They are fantastic!

I loved the product. All my groomsmen and bridesmaids loved them. And we received them so quickly. We ordered about 18 of them. But what I love the most is the customer service. I always received a response back from the sellers quickly. I like that they don't ignore their customers. Basically for anyone thinking about purchasing any items from this seller... it's ok to ask questions about the product. You won't be ignored.

These mugs make the perfect groomsmen gift for your wedding party! They are durable, thick, and perfect for the beer drinkers in your party! I ordered five 25oz mugs last July to give to my groomsmen when I asked them to be a part of my wedding. Every single one of them loved their mug! Now, one thing I forgot to do was get myself a mug, so that way we can each have a cold frosty beer mug at the head table with our names on them. One year later (this July), I went back into my past amazon orders to make sure that I ordered the same mug so it looked identical to theirs, but it came as a 16oz because the company had switched sizes. I contacted them through Amazon, and not only did they have a few 25oz mugs left over to help me out, but they also sent a brand new mug with my name engraved on it at no cost! I can't begin to explain the great customer service that they have. I highly recommend this product, and I highly recommend buying from this company! My surprise bachelor party was 2 weeks ago I wanted to give the guys a nice gift for setting up my party but did not have a lot of time to plan. I emailed the owners and made a custom order for beer mugs. They had them made and delivered within 2 days of order. Excellent Work
