The hardware was gone check the box. Nothing in there the amount was but no nuts snow bolts no nothing.

There were no room for the saddlebag hooks to fit. Once it was fitted on, the brackets are too close together for the metal mounting plate to be affixed.

bought this black luggage rack for my Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 (2022 model) a few weeks ago, and I'm really happy with it so far. I was wanting to find a replacement for my brother's Vulcan, I found this luggage rack and decided to give it a try. The material is of good grade material. All hardware was included and the install went smoothly. Based on a good experience I would recommend this to other consumers. Ours fit very well.

I was either sent the wrong one or it was miss-manufactured. it was 2''- 3'' wider than the mounts on my VN1700k 2022. It also did not have the cut out for the saddle bag hook like in the picture. there was no way i was going to be able to fit this on my bike.

Product arrived as described earlier than predicted, sturdy,well packed,and would've received 5*s if the assumed stainless steel nuts/bolts/washers to fasten to the base plate arrived with the merchandise. The bolts and washers I received are to anchor the brackets to the frame and saddlebag. If any attention/corrective action is taken I'd change my rating and definitely highly recommend to others.

Was not a direct fit. When installing had to grind a 1/2” recess between mount slots. Was hitting saddle bag hoop catches . They hold bag in place when bolts are removed. Definitely not worth the money if you need to do all the work I did to mount them. Should refund me at least 50 dollars for my time . Would not recommend this product. Luckily I had what was needed for tools to modify the brackets to install.
