The top of the palms on both palm trees have dead growth. It looks like it got burnt from the heat on the package maybe? Because I can't think on any other reason. Because when I open the package I could see that the top of palms were flattened against the box

Received very well packed and very quickly. This is a beautiful little tree, very low maintenance.
