Tree is wonderful. Soil is damp, sturdy pot. Looks great. UPS driver apparently can’t read: left the box on its side. Fortunately, it was packed so well, the tree and base were not damaged.

I was concerned about ordering this umbrella bonsai plant online, it seemed risky. But my plant arrived in perfect condtion, was clearly healthy, sprouting plenty of new growth. I am thoroughly impressed with this company's attention to detail in all aspects: the absolutely accurate description, the obvious caring nursery, and the superb packaging & flawless delivery. Will definitely order again but wish they were part of the Prime free shipping program.

Wow, I love this little guy. What a fantastic plant, wonderful and healthy. I think he/she will be with me for many years. Already it's thriving at my workplace in a great spot with some sun.I will have to say that this was packaged SO very safely the no thunder in the sky could have hurt it. It took me nearly 20 minutes to un-wrap this tree, so very safely was it shipped. Who could ask for more than that?If you're going to get a bonsai, and it's your very first, get it from Bonsai Boy and get this type of tree. You will NOT be disappointed. :)
