I liked the Lemax buildings and this one in particular. I have ordered several. This one was properly packaged, however the figures on the outside were all broker off at the base. Since the packaging had not been damaged, it appears that the item was packaged in its damaged state.

Item was slow to arrive and arrived broken. Because I received it so late I can’t return it or it won’t arrive back in time for Christmas. I had to glue it and only get a small partial refund that was barely anything.
