I've tried many of the solar light options on Amazon, particularly the lower cost ones. These tend to be plastic, and require a least a bit of assembly. These were no exception, although it was limited to just the mounting method chosen. I'm sticking them into the ground, and it comes with a 2 piece stake. I've used a couple other versions of plastic stakes - they tend not to fit very snugly, but these fit nicely, at least during this initial first month of use. Another nice thing is a decent sized easy to access power button - too many have a tiny button or its' hidden somewhere - this is easy to see and depress. The initial use cycles - it charges up and it's on at least most of the night - I'm generally not up quite early enough to see if it makes it through the whole night. It's reasonably bright - more than your normal pathway light, not as bright as a wired spot. So, initial impressions and use experience - it's a solid 4 piece system. We'll see how it performs through the summer and if it keeps up the good charge cycle.

These are the perfect spotlight lamps to highlight particular focal points in my garden. I was going to just stick them in the ground in my meditation garden and point them upward, but I decided I liked the look much better when they are actually *inside* the pots of my varieties of butterfly ginger. They’re not blooming yet but once they do, I believe this will look amazing at night (see attached photos)! Perfectly fool-proof! Just find an angle where the panel gets *some* sun, turn the power button on, stick them in the soil, and wait on nightfall to arrive. There’s no simpler installation than that.

WdtPro Bright Solar Spotlights are not as bright as others that I have. The lights are not strong enough to illuminate a large area, but they are strong enough to light up nearby decorations or a small part of a path. When fully charged and set to high brightness the lights last a lot longer than the specified 6 hours.This unit is light compared to my other solar lights. The IP65 rating indicates a design to be resistant to low pressure water. Do NOT use this type of light if it might be under water or exposed to a high volume of water for any length of time.There are two mounting options. Both include all needed hardware. You can use a stake to place on the ground, or you can screw the lighting head to a wall. Included with the stake is a short extension tube to help raise the light a bit above the ground. The stake will not tolerate hammering into the ground, so moisten the area or pre-dig to make it easier to install. The head can be rotated up or down.

My walkway is very dark, but I have no power nearby to install low-voltage or similar style walkway lights. I spotted these solar lights and decided to give them a try.Out of the box they come in 3 pieces. The head of the unit, one base, and the bottom stake. Assembly was a snap, just fit the 3 pieces together. The instructions were very clear- there's a small settings button on the back, one press for high, another for low, and the third to turn them off. The head is adjustable so you can aim the solar panel towards the sun and aim the lights down low, or at any other height you need. The instructions made it clear to start a hole for the stake otherwise it can snap. My husband used a trowel which worked perfectly.Last night we came home to our stairs and walkway nicely lit and bright. They've been lit for a few hours and seem to be holding its charge, which is great since they were installed late in the afternoon, so they didn't get much time to charge. They are a great addition to our walkway making it safer for us to navigate.

Getting this light, I was admittedly skeptical, because I had the impression that solar lights were jot as strong, powerful, and intense as electrically powered lights. I guess this impression came from having those cheaply made, once cell, walk way, stake, lights that you can get from your local garden store in packs of six or eight for under ten bucks. Well, this solar light is NOT one of those cheapy lights!✅ QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: despite being constructed from plastic, this light is very well made and is very durable. everything is compact, solid and encased tightly The stake is the only part of the light that has to be assembled, but the solar panel as well as the led diodes and light fixture are already connected and can move independently of one another, so you can tilt the light one day and tilt the panel towards the sun, a different direction. this is definitely not one of your cheapy, garden lights!✅ FAST CHARGE: im sure that the cells are charged at least a little bit before they are packaged and boxed up, but taking it right put of the box, it worked immediately i did set the panel underneath a professional kessel light that i have for natural sunlight on one of my freshwater tanks, and no more than three hours later, the light was operating at full brightness with the light and dark sensitivity, operating accurately and effectively.✅ 2 DIFFERENT BRIGHTNESS LEVELS: despite the manual claiming that it can change colors. this model does not. however it does have two different brightness levels that can be change with a simple push of the soft button underneath the head of the light. one is full brightness, the other is low brightness even though they are both considerably bright and intense.✅ VIVID, CRISP, COOL WHITE, LIGHT: i was really impressed with the brightness of this little light! this is definitely a landscaping spotlight, as it's very intense and very vivid on full power. the light spread is really wide horizontally as well as vertically. set in front of a crypmertle tree in my front yard, pointing the light up, it illuminated all through the branches and up by roughly a good 15-18' feet in the air! very impressive! set on the darkest side corner of my house facing a woods line, it illuminates nearly the entire side wall of my house front to back and top to bottom!✅ LIGHT/DARK SENSORS: without having any extra settings to mess with the light has a very accurate and perfectly functioning light and dark sensor. once it comes dark enough the light will turn on and vice versa. once day break lights up the sky, the light turns off, immediately and does so very accurately.this light is so much more than your basically, pathway solar light. this is a true spotlight light and packs so much brightness in its compact structure. the panel being able to tilt separately from the actual light head means you can place this anywhere and direct the panel which every way the sun is shining, making this light very versatile. i definitely recommend this light and you don't need more than a single one to illuminate a large area.⚠️ 📌 OVERALL RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS ———————————————————♡
