Looked great when it arrived.Keep it out of direct sunlight and hot heat. Use a banana peel soaked in water over night and strained. For every watering.The bonsai and all your house plants will thrive!

The Pat the bonsai came in was broken. Tried to get a replacement and apparently theirs is unreturnable! So frustrated!

I received the bonsai in a kind of bad shape, but still, I had green leaves .i took it as tired from the packaging. I followed the instructions, watering every three days, it is Austin, and it is sometimes hot. Kept misting it When it's hot.Then every branch dried out and start falling.I used the fertilizer sent with as instructed; however, it continued its degradation.

The plant arrived nicely packed and it looked good. Within 10 days a few of the leaves began to drop. Then more and more of the leaves began falling off the plant. In a matter of 3 weeks it has died.
