Nice to have on hand for when no 50 amp is available, this isn't so long like the dogbone connection allows me to still hook up protection from voltage spikes and miss wired pedestal without being subject to water by laying on the ground.

Does what it says it will (ie. lets you use your 30 amp connecter on a 50 amp outlet).It works well and is a nice simple design, but it is overpriced for a simple piece of plastic and metal.
