Nice quality rattan. This is plastic rattan, not natural. The pictures show natural cane, which is a bit confusing. The nice thing about this plastic weave is it is smooth and can be tightened by shrinking it with a hair dryer after it is installed.

This cane webbing is just what I needed to fix one of my dining room chairs. It looks the same as the cane webbing that was original to the chair - just needed some dark stain to look the same. The webbing needs to be soaked to relax, as it is very tightly rolled up. I am very pleased with this product - saved my chair. One note is that the product is not meant for use outdoors, per the instructions.

This is a great roll of cane webbing. It was just what I needed to DIY some inserts into a vintage armoire that I painted. After soaking, this was easy to work with and the result is so much nicer than the fabric I had in there before. It comes with everything I needed, including the glue gun!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Wow. I love it.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great.⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It's okay but I don't love it. Someone might like it.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid.⭐ = Nope. This is bad.

This was a great quality and worked incredibly well for our project! We constructed built-in cabinets and they look gorgeous. It was easy to cut with just scissors and very easy to install in the doors of the cabinets. It is durable and easy to wipe down if needed.

I have an antique side board that belonged to my grandmother. I love it, but the glass in the doors were cracked and I feel that glass, right now, with kids in the house, I would rather replace with something less delicate. The rattan cane webbing was a perfect option.Replacing the glass was fairly easily accomplished. I just removed from the inside the rimming that held it in place. I did not soak the rattan as I had no need to form it. Instead I spritzed it with water and left it for a good 20 minutes. Just make it less brittle. Using a razor, I sliced the rattan to size and hot glued it in place.

This product makes a great impression. I particularly like the claim that is harmless and tasteless, strong, waterproof, and most importantly a recyclable material. So, few products are nowadays...The roll arrives well packaged, neatly trimmed and ready to use. If you know what you are doing, it is a pleasure to start. At 15.7x79" there is plenty of material for multiple repairs or new products. I wanted to repair a panel in the seat back of our old rocking chair and this was very easy to use. I might replace all the panels, because the new material stands out too much, but I'll wait a bit to test if my workmanship holds up.There is not much to complain about except the price which is a bit steep but probably in line with craft store, Canadian pricing. The seller offers many size options and super fast delivery from Amazon's warehouse which is very useful.

The material and product are strong and very durable! BUT, looking at the photos shown, I thought I could stain it… The Cane Webbing has is a plastic like material. You won’t be able to stain, like I was wanting to, but you can paint it! Just keep that in mind! Overall great product, have to order more!

I have a cabinet door in my entryway that I hate, so I’ve been looking for the perfect cane webbing for a DIY project to replace the aluminum decorative mat that’s currently on there. This is the perfect size and is great quality.
