These were very easy to install (replacing some old ones in my house that had expired) and they are easy to test--just push the test button on the front and it lights up and beeps twice. They must emit the right "beep" because when I tested them after installing, Alexa notified me that a smoke alarm had sounded in my home! They are smaller than the last ones I had, which I like, but they are just as loud, which I also like. I installed one near my furnace and one over my water heater, and I feel safer already!

I set this carbon monoxide detector up in just a few minutes, popped in the batteries and hung it on the wall. No tools or wiring needed. The screen clearly shows the CO levels, and the colored lights make it easy to check the status. Since it runs on batteries, it still works during power outages, which is helpful. I tried the alarm and it’s loud enough to get your attention. I’ve placed one in the living room and another in the kitchen. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space, and has been working reliably so far.

We have smoke detectors in our home already but adding these carbon monoxide detectors have given me added peace of mind. This is a set of two detectors. They are easy to install and include drywall screws to do so. They are easy to set up and are battery powered.

When I burn charcoal in the fireplace in the living room in winter, I often worry that the carbon monoxide concentration in the house is too high, which may cause some unnecessary health problems. So I bought this Carbon Monoxide Detectors online. Its installation process is very simple. I think my favorite thing is that I can easily know the current carbon monoxide concentration in the room through the LCD display on it. Through the red, yellow and green indicator lights on it, I can also know whether I am in danger. If it is at a high value, I can open the window for ventilation in time. This small instrument has helped me solve the problem of excessive carbon monoxide concentration.

As an elderly person, the winter time keeps me indoors for a longer period. I hope to understand when the carbon monoxide level starts to rise and solve the problem before it gets out of hand. So this detector is exactly what I need for my family. It looks much better than traditional detectors. I really like the clear digital display on the screen. We have never heard it "work" and hope that there will never be a leak at home. However, if we do encounter a leak, I fully believe it will let me know. The loud sound emitted by the test button will wake up the deepest sleepers. Besides, it is very simple to use.

When I received the JA995 2-Pack Carbon Monoxide Detectors, I immediately put one in our bedroom and gave the other to my daughter for her apartment. The setup was straightforward, and the peace of mind knowing these silent sentinels are on duty is hard to overstate.Last week, I used one while running our portable generator during a brief power outage. It was reassuring to see the digital display holding steady at zero, especially since I know carbon monoxide is both odorless and deadly. I appreciate that these detectors are battery-operated, so I can move them around as needed—handy for travel or if I want to double-check the air in different parts of the house. One recent event was the teen son of a baseball player on vacation. We're taking these everywhere we go.One thing to note: unlike some pricier models, these don’t have a built-in 10-year sealed battery, so you’ll need to replace the batteries periodically. For me, that's a minor trade-off for the flexibility and affordability. I’d rather check a battery every year than pay double for a feature I don’t really need. All in all, I feel better knowing my family and I are protected.
