The LD step was actually inspired by Jeff Carr's wife, Lynn. Hence the name "LD Step" (Lynn's Design). This step will give the user easier access to the vehicle due to the wider and deeper stepping surface which extends further than our other steps. The LD step is available in our three durable finishes, and installation is a cinch with our mounting system.

Steps are good but supports are not going to be durable. I would have given them 2 stars but the return was easy. To bad the Mfg. doesn't beef them up??

Amazon said it fit my 2006 jeep commander but it doesn't. Where it said to bolt it was just plastic. My husband had to move it back under the vehicle more to find a place to bolt it. It is now too far under the vehicle to function as it should but it does give me a toe hold to help getting in. Not happy as I spent a lot of money on these particular steps for their size and functionality. Should have bought cheaper ones. But they look nice and tough.
