The Wavemaster bae is engineered to resist flexing and withstand years of rigorous use. The circular, grooved structure is easy to move around the space, but distributes stress to absorb and dissipate damage.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
The Wavemaster's base stem has easily modified height settings for training variation. As easy as lift, turn, lock.

The Wavemaster is the original freestanding heavy bag, excellent for developing kicks, punches, and strikes. Constructed of high-density foam, the Wavemaster has a rounded base that is easily relocated without the need of permanent fixtures. The base can be filled with sand or water. Features seven height adjustments from 47 inches to 68 inches.

Not made in America as advertised. Assembled in America from global parts made outside of America, (my guess they are parts made in China). Also composed of materials that may cause cancer including lead. This was told on the Wal-Mart web site but this extremely important health warning was kept off of the Amazon website. Wanted to return the item but Amazon will not pay for return postage. Went to UPS and they wanted well over double the price of the punching bag to return it to the makers. I will never use Amazon again!
