Nice and Durable punching bag. The built quality is great and it is easy use and assemble . The size is perfection and the suction is very good. This is good calorie burner punching bag and is strong enough to be used by the adults.

My husband hated his traditional punching bag because the stand was bulky air he would damage the ceiling . THIS DOES NEITHER!! So it's really 10/10 for him. He's still able to move around and value is so worth it! You save money not buying bulk sand!

This bag is perfect! As you can see, I don’t have much room to work with here, so I didn’t want the typical large bag. This one did not disappoint! It is well made and sturdy, and perfect for my size. I am 5’ 5” and 125 lbs. I picked up two 50 pound bags of sand at Menards, for 100 pounds. It is the perfect weight for me. The seller has great communication, and let me know when they were shipped, and that they would be shipped in two separate packages. I also appreciated that. I highly recommend this bag. 🙂 it also came with a set of boxing gloves.
