This fighting pad is made of thick faux leather and the foam insert is thick and sturdy. It has thick stitching and it has metal holes that makes it easy to hang on the wall. The screws to hang it on the wall are not included with the fighting pad. You will need four screws, preferably with a wide head to hold the pad properly. I did not realize that this fighting pad is small. This was my fault as I did not check the product description more carefully. It is 10 inches across by 10 inches tall. It is about 3 inches thick. I think the size is not a problem as the quality of the pad is high and I have had no problems using it. This pad does not muffle the punching sounds, so I would suggest not hanging it in a bedroom or places where other people might complain about the noise.

Would have liked a little bigger but works for punching… can’t completely follow through with punch when pass is hanging against wall, feel wall if you hit too hard…. But decent for practice focusing
