We love making popcorn for a snack. Our other glass popcorn maker broke so I wanted something that did not break. We chose these silicon poppers. The ONLY negative is - the silicon gets hot to the touch when removing from microwave after 2.5 to 3 minutes. You have to use pot holders. Therefore, I am reducing this review down from 5 to 4 for that reason. I guess if there was a handle of some sort, it might help, but that is just a guess at this point. The lid is fine and moves up as the popcorn seeds pop. Sometimes the lid is slanted, but it's probably more because there were too many seeds in the popper. I do not consider this a negative though. I do recommend these poppers to make popcorn making a breeze.

Friend got me one. I loved it so much, I have bought several for friends and family. Was a great thing for the grandkids. Each has their own color…no dirty hands in each others popcorn…You can just pop healthy popcorn with no oils/butter.

Permite hacer palomitas en el microondas con sencillos pasos. Al llegar al "sweet spot" puedes convertir la mayoría de los granos de maíz palomero en palomitas las cuales puedes sazonar a gusto. Por mi parte las consumo solas. Pero con mantequilla y sal están perfectas. Así como por su rapidez. Si no quieres un artefacto eléctrico. Esta es una opción muy redonda.Must have para los cinéfilos de casa.

The microwavable container is perfect in popping popcorn. I have had it for almost 8 months and have used many times as I love popcorn.Yes, it is hot coming out of the microwave, and that is disclosed in the literature. I just use a two oven mits to lift out and remove the lid. I will hold the bowl from the bottom and have not had any burn issues.Yes, the lid fits inside the bowl about half way down after adding corn. When popcorn starts to rise, the lid will also rise. No issues.Easy to clean by hand or dishwasher. I prefer by hand.Dries quickly and collapes as a low profile manner.

Its kinda flimsier than the pic would have you believe. It does what it says though, just make sure you have it fully opened when you go to make popcorn or there will be lots of uncooked kernels. And have lots of butter or flavouring handy, its kinda dry. But fast and easy all the same.

Lid too small for container but if you don’t mind chasing down the errant kernels, it works well. Wireless reviewed this as the best for making microwave popcorn. It’s not quite as good as my air popper but takes up a lot less room
