Top notch performance, safe, too much fun, I LOVE IT!!! Okay so I have had this for a year now, I am over 50 years old and I commute to work on very busy streets with it. I go about 30 MPH and for me that's rolling at a pretty good speed. it will roll over street debris with no problem. Easy to turn, stops quickly enough, excelerates smoothly, and I can keep on going for a good 20 miles. I do wear a full face helmet when riding but I feel comfortable when riding and am confident I am visual to other vehicle drivers. The low placed headlight makes the night road easily identifiable and the brake lights provide additional caution to others. I am still so happy with my Circooter. I have even ridden off road on both dirt and gravel, no problem handling my ride! EXELLENT PRODUCT, TOP OF THE LINE!!!

I’ve been a proud owner of 2 Circooter mates for a little over a year now. Purchased for my wife & I to enjoy the city life. It’s become a daily/nightly hobby of ours to ride, explore, and site see. It’s extremely fun to get around town. I’ve put over 870 miles on my scooter (all original parts) Reliable, noticeable, and fast. I can do a smooth 28mph, and it powers me up any hill. The Circooter is quicker than the public scooters you see rented on the streets. The blue LED under glow is certainly an eye catcher as well. Sleek black and red make for great looking scooter. The all rubber wheels are a life safer, and extremely durable. No worries of a flat ever.Sadly, I experienced some mishandling during transportation. Some wires were clipped in the process. I reached out via email to Sales rep / technician. Angel kindly took on the task of helping me at all costs to get my scooter up and running again. He has been extremely helpful since my reach out for spare parts. He’s guided me through repairs, and shipped out all spare parts with quickness. I highly recommend and suggest this scooter to all family and friends. It’s been a real pleasure and joy in my life. Ordering from Amazon made me feel helpless when needing it fixed, but Circooter team was there for me.

Verily, I have journeyed upon Lithium Chariorts for nigh six years. Nine different mounts have I tried in my quest. My former carriage, the Raptor standard, was of excellent and wondrous make. Yet this Raptor Pro doth surpass it!Motor: Thou mayest choose betwixt the 800-watt or 1600-watt engine. The 800-watt engine sufficeth for daily travels, to venture hither and thither. Using but the 800-watt engine, the chariot shall reach its zenith speed of 28MPH. The 1600-watt engine is most suited for ascents. Thou canst ascend a hill of 30% grade with great swiftness by the 1600-watt engine. No longer must thou weave back and forth in thy ascent.Lights: Fit for nocturnal rides, it boasteth two luminous torches. I find pleasure in affixing a third beacon atop.Solid Tyres: Should a nail find its way into thy tyre, simply draw it out. No harm shall come to it. Never shalt thou suffer a flat tyre upon this chariot. Despite the solidity of its tyres, the journey remains smooth. Fear not the crossing of bumps or small stones, for it is equipped with stout shock absorbers. One can voyage a great distance on this chariot without the need for recharging. Yestermorn, I traversed about 5 or 6 miles and yet the battery did still show as full.I most earnestly commend unto thee, forsake all consideration of other chariots to acquire. This is the Supreme Choice. God bless thee.

Excellent quality very well built super powerful love this scooter. Their Customer service is also brilliant. Remarkable considering they are communicating from other side of the world. They get back to you asap with any issues. Very pleased with Purchase ONE SMALL ISSUE, the plunger lock pin that keeps the lock arm from accendally folding the steering stem. This little pin is a design fail and flaw. it wears on the hole that the ring is passed through, and the pin breaks, the hole disappears, and spring retains the pin inside until you unscrew the bolt to remove it..you then have no lock pin. Extraurdinary customer service , they ha a relacement to me within a few days...However, it too has broken...same issue very frustrating. The maufacturer WUYI JINYUE ENGINE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. they provide almost identical scooters to other retailers with their own name and model branded. I bought one by mistake thinking it was circooter, i DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL IT ARRIVED ISCOOTER I3 IDENTICAL IN EVERYWAY, except battery amperage and the tires were not solid nut tubeless pneumatic. same issue with its lock pin..broke away within 2 weeks. i recommend buying a better quality plunger lock pin from ali express, super cheap and will not break away. Having all that for a little pin, the manufacturer make an otherwise solid reliable sturdy machine...i have to also say the second one i bought with the tubeless pneumatic tires is a much smoother less rough of ride than the solid tire version.. so much so that i am changing the tires from the solid to air...the difference is like rinning on a gravel road, to riding on smooth black top. alot quieter gentler experience..the photo is of the pin that comes with and breaks, and the one i replaced it with.

I am writing to bring a serious safety concern to your attention regarding the handle tightening lock of a specific bike model. It is essential that you are aware of this issue to ensure your safety while using the product.During my recent experience with the bike, the handle tightening lock unexpectedly broke while I was riding. As a result, I lost control of the bike and unfortunately fell. I consider myself fortunate that there were no vehicles approaching from behind at that moment, as the consequences could have been far more severe.Based on this incident, I strongly advise against purchasing this particular product. For those who have already made the purchase, I urge you to thoroughly inspect the handle tightening lock for any signs of weakness or damage. It is crucial not to overlook this potential safety hazard, as the consequences could be grave. The handle tightening lock appears to be of substandard quality, which is concerning considering its critical role in maintaining stability and control while riding. I believe it is essential for the manufacturer to address this issue promptly and ensure the safety of their customers.I encourage you to share this information with fellow cyclists and anyone who may be considering purchasing this bike model. Spreading awareness about this safety concern is vital to prevent potential accidents and injuries.Your safety is of utmost importance, and I want to ensure that you make informed decisions when it comes to your choice of products. If you have any further questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out.

This is my first e-scooter so I am not an expert, but I did quite a bit of looking around before purchasing this. For the money, this scooter gives you a lot of bang for the buck. Most scooters at this price range have a 400w motor, but the Circooter Mate has an 800w motor. After trying a friend's scooter out, you really notice the difference in accelerating and going up hills, especially if you're a larger person. This scooter is very well built and feels very sturdy with big disc brakes and fat tires that grip really well. It also has dual suspension which is very nice to have if your commute has any bumps. It is pretty quick for a sub $1000 scooter, but it has 3 speeds if you don't feel the need to go very fast. It also has nice wide handlebars that fold down but also feel very sturdy when they are up in place. Overall the scooter feels very premium, although it lacks swag lights that all the kids are into these days. It also doesn't really have a cohesive design that makes it stand out like an Apollo or a Ninebot does, but the scooter does have a very rugged look on it's own.The gauge displays a lot of helpful information and is easy to read in sunlight. The scooter also comes with an app that lets you lock the scooter (beeps loud if someone tries to move it), change from kick start to zero start and brings up maps to track your trip.A few little annoyances that I hope the manufacturers look at. The stem folds down like any other scooter, but the stem doesn't hook onto the backplate like a lot of scooters do which makes the entire locking mechanism bear the weight of the scooter when you are carrying it. Not ideal. Just a simple fold out hook and a place to hook it to on the back would take the pressure off the mechanism. It has not felt like it was going to give out or anything in the limited time I've had it, but it just makes sense to not put undo pressure on it when you could alleviate it basically for free. Also, the throttle has a bit of a dead zone before it kicks in. You get used to it pretty fast but throttles that react instantly just feels more premium. The only other downside I would note is that there is not a lot of space on the handlebars to attach things like a phone mount or a 3rd party headlight. There is not really enough space to easily add a handlebar extender. It's a bit of a bummer since the app has GPS maps and other useful things but you have to figure out some other way to attach your phone or any other attachments. All of these downsides are subjective and not really worth knocking off a star though. Overall, for the money so far it has been a fantastic scooter that runs circles around scooters you can buy at a big box store for the same amount of money.

I have always been the person to read reviews that say don’t buy or warning but now I have been put in that situation. I bought a scooter for about $700. That’s a lot of money but I wanted something to handle weight, terrain, and riding it to work. After 3 months it stopped working. I rode it about 5 times. I am very careful with my things especially a $700 scooter. So reached out to the tech team and that’s were things just kept going down hill. First they are located in China so response times are long but not the worst. Because my scooter turned on but didn’t want to move they said they would send me a new part to replace. Ummmmm what. I am no mechanic especially on a $700 scooter! The first thing they made me replace was the accelerator not bad just needed to be unplugged and plug in the new one. Then it was the tire bearing. Not sure what that is but sounded like it was scraping when I rolled my scooter forward. So they sent a new rear tire. Seriously it’s one thing to unplug something but to actually replace a whole tire with wires, removing a panel, and making sure I’m not messing it up more it not something a customer should be doing. I have been sent 3 accelerators and a rear tire and now I have had a scooter sitting in my garage for 8 months. They just told me if I can find a replace place and they would pay for it but I need to wait after taking it to make sure the price it will take to fix is ok with the company lol. Oh and good luck with talking to a manager. You can call and speak to someone but if you need a manager you need to email then and they won’t answer. Soooo save your money. I wish I just got a normal scooter. I don’t spend money just for it to sit in my garage.

Hi everyone,I would like to start by saying this is my first e-scooter Ihave used so I was unsure how things were going to go. I am pleasantly surprised to say it has been an amazing experience, and I will go through a few reasons why.The main reason I am so happy with this e-scooter is how safe and sturdy I feel on it. I am a 270 lbs person and most e-scooters I have been looking at are rated for 260-330 lbs. Since this scooter is rated for 440lbs I feel much better being on it with a backpack full of books and school supplies. The next reason I am really impressed is the control and handling of this e-scooter when going of bumbs on the road and sidewalks. It is very smooth as the suspension absorbs most of the impact. With the control and handling I love the speed of this machine, it picks up very quick, especially with my weight in it. The three moods for driving (eco, standard, turbo) are awesome to be comfortable at any level of driving skill.Which brings me to the final reason I would like to praise about this e-scooter, which is the app. I really like that you can link your scooter to the app on your phone and control which quick functions are active, max speed of each mode, and even lock the scooter. The battery on this e-scooter is very durable and seems to hand traveling with grace. Taking it to my work is mostly down hill on the way there but on the way home is some tough hills. I was able to climb these hills without any struggle. One trip there and back to my house is approximately 7 km total. After this trip my battery life was barely impacted which gives me the confidence of not losing power mid commute.A couple things I think could be added to improve the scooter is allowing the scooter to be locked and unlocked even if it is not powered on. Also to have a live tracker on the scooter similar to a find my phone function. Both of these would be an excellent addition to the app for this e-scooter. Another thing I would like to see is a hard shell backpack carrying case to allow for easy and safe transport. Being that the scooter weighs approximately 48lbs, someone smaller may have a more difficult time carrying the scooter.I hope that in reading this you have found the information needed to make your decision. This is an excellent purchase in my personal opinion and offers lots of great quality experiences found in more expensive e-scooter for a fairly affordable price.
