My daughter loves the bow. She received it today and has been practicing ever since.The Luma is great.I would have expected the seller FiddlerShop to package a bow such as this better. It was in a tube marked fragile, but other that lightly wrapped you could shake the tube and the bow would slide from end to end. I found this out when I picked it up and heard a thump.

Great bow! Super seller too—communicates! Packaged nicely. My daughter plays and says the higher notes are easier and sound better. She specifically likes the weight of the bow and the balance.

My brother and I purchased this bow as a gift for our father, who is both a champion fiddle-player, and plays in senior centers all over the place. He told me just the other day that the Luma bow is the best bow he's ever played with, and that it's essentially allowed him to rediscover his finesse. It's lightweight, gliding effortlessly across the strings and produces a rich and resonant tonality. He loves it, and we are so glad we bought it for him!!!

Grand daughter loves it. She has only been playing for a less than 2 years ; but, appears to have a natural talent for it. Her instructors suggested that we get a better bow for her new violin. Very happy that we did. She is practicing more. She likes "the feel of the bow":;
